Five-time GRAMMY® Award nominated and six-time Dove Award winning group, Karen Peck & New River were among those honored at the 2019 Absolutely Gospel Music Awards which were held in Nashville on April 16, 2019.
The popular group continue their streak as one of the most awarded artists of the evening, taking home an impressive three trophies. Karen Peck & New River won in the categories of Mixed Group of The Year and Music Video of the Year (for "I Know I'll Be There"). In addition Karen Peck Gooch won her first award for a co-write recorded by another group -- Traditional Single of the Year: "Find Me Faithful" -- The Perrys (written by Jeff Bumgardner, Joel Lindsey, & Karen Peck Gooch).
