MINNEAPOLIS—RESET Movement, an unprecedented national evangelism effort supported by a diverse network of leading ministries, reached a milestone this weekend with Sunday’s gathering in Dallas. The event, held at Carrollton’s Bent Tree Church, marked the last of 29 fall dates officially kicking-off the initiative’s multi-year effort.
Aimed at bringing the Gospel to more students and young adults in the United States than ever before, RESET features PULSE Movement founder and leading young evangelist Nick Hall’s Gospel presentation, along with music from Rend Collective Experiment; Lacey Sturm; spoken-word artist Propaganda; worship leader Dave Lubben; DJ Efechto; International House of Prayer worship artist Matt Gilman; and singer/songwriter Morgan Harper Nichols.
With numerous ministry partners including the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, the Luis Palau Association, CRU and The Association of Gospel Rescue Missions, RESET gatherings have been held this fall in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Boston, Atlanta, and Minneapolis, among other cities.
RESET Movement’s three-year effort is projected to culminate in Washington, D.C. in 2015, with what is hoped to be the largest Jesus gathering of students and young adults in U.S. history. With a goal of seeing hundreds of thousands of people standing together to pray, worship, and commit their lives to Jesus, the movement aims to spark a sweeping revival in the hearts of young adults across America, empowering a generation to live fully for Jesus Christ.
Nick Hall is one of America’s preeminent young evangelists. PULSE Movement, which he founded in 2006, is among the fastest growing youth evangelistic movements in the country today. Hall will also be the featured speaker on NewSong’s Winter Jam 2014 Tour Spectacular—the world’s top first quarter tour for three consecutive years—and is a partner evangelist with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) and the Luis Palau Association through festivals and training events.
