Singer/songwriter Jamie Grace made a huge announcement this morning—there's a baby on the way!
Grace, who got married earlier this year to husband Aaron Collins, shared the exciting news on her social media, saying, "Some may wonder if it's too soon for my husband and iI to have kids (7 months married) or even too soon to announce it, but what seems like a surprise to some is God's perfect timing for us and never a surprise to Him."
But that's not all the good news—Jamie's sister and fellow musician, Morgan Harper Nichols, also announced she's expecting. "My husband and I went to share our baby-on-the-way news with my sister and her husband and they surprised us with some big news of their own!"
"We would have never expected or planned to be pregnant at the same time," continued Jamie, "but we're so grateful to be on this journey together."
"My sister and I are expecting at the same time! Totally unplanned, and we were all caught by surprise! My husband @patrickwnichols and I have been married for 8 years and @jamiegraceh and @theaaroncollins have been married for 7 months, but it's so surreal and exciting to be on this journey together. I'm 9 weeks along, she's 7 weeks, and we are both due in early June. We know it may seem early to share and I don't always find it easy to share much of my personal life online these days, but this was a story we felt led to share. Pregnancy can be very challenging and we know this season will be filled with lessons and growth," Morgan shared alongside an adorable announcement photo featuring both couples.
"All four of us, and our crazy-excited extended families are honored to celebrate these sweet, small lives and thank you in advance for your prayers with us as we celebrate them," Jamie concluded.
