It's an exciting time when for KING & COUNTRY releases new music, and this week is no exception. On the road to releasing their highly-anticipated third studio album Burn The Ships next month, the band paired up with Spotify for the surprise release of two brand new tracks to hold fans over until October 5th. Recorded at Sound Stage Studio in Nashville, the Australian chart-toppers unveiled the tracks exclusively on Spotify yesterday-- a reimagined version of radio single "joy." and a cover of "The Greatest Show" from this year's hit movie The Greatest Showman.
"What if we did a cover of "The Greatest Show" and gave it a bit ofan fK&C spin? What if we had a gospel choir as part of it and we tracked a new version of "joy." as well? Well, thanks to our mates Spotify we've done both and they released today! So here they are.. two bombastic songs that have resonated deeply with so many of you -- and us.. Hope you enjoy," they shared to social media alongside a few pictures from the recording process.
