As the Star Wars fandom cried out in one voice on May The Fourth--Get it? May the Fourth Be With You?--some Christian artists cried out in the best way they know how: in song form.
Dawn Michele of rock/electronic band Fireflight took time out of her Star Wars Day to write an cappella jam about how Jesus loves Darth Vader, and how we all are praying that He turns from the Dark Side before his heart goes cold.

For his part, Ryan Stevenson utilized the Imperial Death March theme as a basis for his tune, which really serves as a holiday song of sorts describing the festivities for May the Fourth. It was more from a celebrant's perspective, even talking about the snow in Boise and Cinco de Mayo being "mañana."
