Solid State hardcore outfit The Ongoing Concept is reaching out to fans following a frustrating conclusion to their trip to Germany for this year's annual Christmas Rock Night.

In a facebook post, the band explained that due to an itinerary error, they missed their flights home. The result was hours on the phone and having to book four new last minute international tickets, an expense great enough to cripple the group financially.

The band requests that fans who want to assist first turn to buying merch, but otherwise they can make donations directly through PayPal to theongoingconcept@gmail.com. "This situation puts The Ongoing Concept in a very vulnerable spot and we would not be writing this if it wasn't serious," the band shared in their heartfelt facebook message. "This is completely out of our control and we wouldn't be doing this unless we were absolutely desperate." You can read the full post here.
