Anberlin has released a short film called "Don't Try to Wake Me Up," a mini documentary following the band's last day and final show as Anberlin.
The band says that the film captures "our most personal and transparent moments of our final year." In addition to behind the scenes footage and clips from the closing concert, the film features one on one, deeply personal interviews with each of the five band members. The band says the interviews from that final day are the most transparent and vulnerable they have ever given.
"Don't Try to Wake Me Up" released through Vimeo On Demand, where fans can pay to either download or stream it. Click here to purchase the film or watch the trailer.
Anberlin officially disbanded at the end of 2014 after announcing the decision at the start of the year. The final show featured in the documentary took place on November 26, 2014, in Orlando, Florida, near the band's place of origin. In addition to the short film, this year the band has released two live albums from their final tour, Never Take Friendship Personal Live in New York City and Cities Live in New York City.
