The son of longtime country star Joe Stampley, Tony was touring with his dad at the age of 17, learning the intricacies of road life while most of his friends were still finishing high school. After moving to Nashville Hank Williams Jr. recorded three of the first five songs Tony wrote, he's now recorded a total of 17. As a writer Tony has had over 50 major cuts including George Jones, Randy Travis and Billy Currington to name a few.
As an artist Tony has released two albums, the first in 2002 with Dreamworks Records Nashville titled, Rebelution. His latest, When I Get On A Roll, was released in 2014. His current single "Daily Bread" speaks to the hear of the listener and is about being thankful to God for all of lifes many blessings. Tony is a firm believer a song can change the world.
