In today's culture, it may be difficult to find a worship band that pushes the edge musically and lyrically, and yet is still worship at the core. With the platform of Ammunition Conference held annually in Modesto, California, WDF has a mission not only to be a band but a youth movement that shakes the nation with the presence and power of God. What started out as a simple vision to write original worship songs given by the pastor of Ammunition Conference, Jeremy Johnson, turned into a youth movement of worship and originality. “Our desire has simply been to see our city saved and a empower a generation to reach their cities for Christ,” says worship director of Worth Dying For and Ammunition, Christy Johnson, “Our music and creativity is the bi-product of that passion.”
Worth Dying For draws heavily on a theme that defines the band’s mission: Infiltrate, Destroy, Rebuild. Infiltrate every city with the gospel of Jesus Christ, destroy the works of the enemy, and rebuild today’s youth culture. This ministry is more creed than career, more mission than music. And the music, aggressive guitars, searing vocals and heart-provoking lyrics, speaks for itself.

Awesome album! Its original and exciting, and all so worship at the core, which is very difficult to do. Props to these guys!
Great Balance| Posted February 22, 2011
I am really loving this new album. I hadn't previously heard of these guys, but they have a great balance of rock/pop/vocals. It's very good; at least in my opinion. I'll definitely be picking this one up.
Even Better!| Posted February 22, 2011
I knew of Worth Dying For from their self-titled album. I was excited at first when I heard about their Love Riot EP but upon hearing it, it wasn't as good as I expected. But I held out hopes for this album. Come to find out- I love this album! In some ways, it's even better than before.
Worth Dying For is one of my top favorite bands due to their real, "non-cookie cutter" lyrics and great sound. If you haven't heard of them before and are wondering if you should try them out, I totally recommend them!
Interesting album but hated the "screaming"| Posted February 20, 2011
I hadn't heard "Worth Dying For" before, so it was a great experience to sample their new album "Love Riot". The start of the album took me by surprise but I loved it, unfortunately the next few tracks I didn't enjoy as much due to the "screaming" of lyrics (it sounded horrible). Also the hard rock driven songs were good for the first few but it went on too long.
However I really enjoyed the second half of the album and I will likely listen to them in the future.
This Album is meant to be Heard!!| Posted February 17, 2011
Turn up the volume because this is Loud Worship!!
This is the first album I've listened to by 'Worth Dying For' and I'm loving it.
It has just the right amount of head banging to be cranked up while driving in the car, and not too heavy to influence driving habits... The music is powerful and not alienating to those who don't necessarily consider themselves head-bangers. Through in a lot of love for our Saviour and you have 'Love Riot'!
For a bit of variety, through in a few heartfelt worship ballads and you have an allrounder.
Dying For More| Posted February 16, 2011
I have listened to Love Riot by Worth Dying For twice already. It is an awesome CD.I really like the rock sound they have to their praise music. The female lead singer is great. Every song after the opening spoken word song is good.My favorite songs on this CD are "Savoir","Through Your Eyes","Stir It Up",and "Higher".This is to me a different style of praise music- and I approve it 100%.I am sure youth group praise bands as well as today's youth will be drawn to this CD. I highly recommend this CD.I cannot wait to hear more from Worth Dying For. My thanks to NRT for previewing this CD.

This is no my genre of worship music, but I fell in love with them today as I listened. My granddaughters will love this.
