History is by far his best album..I love the title track - it's so true and it's lyrics aren't in cliche CCM form- the next thing you know is another good song that is really fun to listen to- only grace is an awesome reminder about how awesome our GOD IS.

I first heard of Matthew West when they played Next Thing You Know at Centri Kid a few years ago... I loved the song so I asked my group leader if she knew the name and she told me and i have been a matthew west fan since!

all the songs on this album are really good. Only grace is my alltime favorite , but each song is really good. I liked History more than most of the others. Matthew West is a good artist!
I became a big fan of Matthew West the first time I heard his song "More" on the radio, and an even bigger fan when I saw him in concert that year. I am now a member of his street team, and was absolutely ecstatic when I heard he had a new album coming out. History is an awesome CD, and not only is the music cool but the lyrics also challenge you and where you stand with God. Definitely an album that all should add to their collection.

Until this cd, Matthew West really hadn't impressed me. "History" and "Only Grace" were huge hits with me, and got me interested in the rest of his works. Unfortunately, Matthew Wests seems to be limiting his ingeniousness to JUST these two songs.
Here's hoping that his future releases will again display the potential talent that is show from this release.
