Audrey Assad has announced the release of her next album, Inheritance, for February 12, 2016. She calls the project, which is largely hymns-focused, "a soundtrack for prayer." The tracklisting is as follows:

Inheritance was fan funded through a successful pledgemusic campaign. Fans who pledged to support the project will be getting the final digital files at least two weeks early. Pledgers also were able to offer input into which hymns Audrey chose to include on the project.
