Laurie Beth Jones - Best Selling Author and Motivational Speaker
Laurie Beth Jones is an internationally recognized best-selling author, speaker, coach, and trainer. Her business books, written from a spiritual perspective, have received global recognition for the sound, time-proven principles contained within. As a speaker and trainer, she has been invited to present to presidents of countries and companies, business teams, government and the judicial system, churches and ministries, service organizations, and educators.
Her first book, Jesus CEO, Using Ancient Wisdom For Visionary Leadership was written when she was struck by the notion that Jesus’ leadership approach with his staff (disciples) ran counter to many of the management styles and techniques being employed and popularized. As the owner of a successful marketing company, Laurie became increasingly dismayed to find invaluable human energy and intelligence untapped or underutilized. She made it her goal to help empower people by encouraging them to review the divine excellence in themselves and in those they serve.
She followed with The Path: Creating Your Mission Statement for Work and for Life. This book, along with Path Experience Workshops, has provided inspiration and practical advice to thousands of individuals through every step of defining and fulfilling a mission. . . a mission statement that can be created over a weekend rather than months or years. Her Personal Mission is to recognize, promote, and inspire divine connection in myself and others. She lives her mission by writing, speaking and creating opportunities for you to get clear about who you are, what you were created to do, and how to live your highest good.
In, The Four Elements of Success, Laurie introduces two new approaches to the age-old challenge of working with people. The Path Elements Profile (PEP) is an intuitive and powerful communication tool that can successfully be employed by individuals of almost any age in any situation. The Elemental Team Challenge Quiz
is a diagnostic tool for businesses based on twenty-eight principles, gleaned from hundreds of proven best practices, that can help transform a team into a powerful and productive entity.
In her most recent release, Jesus, Career Counselor, Laurie Beth defines the difference between a job, a career, and work using a construct she terms as the "Twelve Dreams" for finding and keeping your perfect work. This book is more than a manual to help you identify and find the exact job fit. Laurie's goal goes beyond helping you decide whether you want to go into pediatrics or neurosurgery, or become a part-time eBay seller or get a job at Home Depot. These are details to be determined after you have found your vocare, your calling.
Between plane trips, speaking engagements, and writing opportunities, Laurie provides amazing insights and support to her team and those she coaches. For rest and recreation she cuddles Roo, her Bichon-Frise Yorkie mix, cruises the southwest trails on Texas Range, her Palomino Tennessee Walker, and joins family and friends for opportunities of casual fun, entertainment, and enlightenment.
I Personal Experience Attending P.E.P. At Larie Beth Jones San Diego Studio "G"| Posted February 14, 2017
I am the Author of "Powerful Men, The Road We Tread" on Amazon/Kindle We live next door to Laurie Beth Jones and her partner, Shelly Shepherd. We were befriended as neighbors initially. From that rapid point, it went to getting us invovled in the Path Elements Profile. We paid, we attended and we don't feel comfortable telling others to try this. Why? We were unclear what the Path was about from start to finish. In my personal experience as a Man who paid for my partner and me, there is no real direction in what to do and how to live with what you paid for in this class.
This may work for Laurie Beth and Shelly's base of loyal readers. We were completely unaware of their authorships until they made it very clear and pronounced to us at our house when they came over for dinner. Ok, great.
But we found at their Path meeting with Shelly that we were quickly herded into another form of contributing to their business. We were sold on their investment of beauty products with Nerium International! We were told by Shelly that she has dreams of making a lot of money, at which she showed us some kind of paper weight with a dollar sticking out of it. We felt that we found the wrong "Path".
Both Laurie and Shelly have this as another way to keep their profits growing. It is one thing to read about their books and their up-coming events. It is an altogether different thing to have experienced what they are really like as neighbors and money driven people that we've had to be subjected to. Great books mean nothing if the author doesn't live in line with their own words. We got snockered into buying and selling Nerium cosmetics for them.
Our calls to them to help us cut back from the big money membership that Shelly was more than prepared to push on us went silent. We spent hundreds of dollars by falling for this and, although we like the product line, we stoppoed the nonesense of having our wallets milked to support their financial dreams. I asked for Shelly's help to cancel our membership to Nerium International, thinking she would rise to the level of the kind, honest, religious person that she and her partner portray themselves to be. She told me I had to do it on my own via the Nerium website. Thanks, Laurie Beth Jones and Shelly Shepherd. We've wasted valuable money that caused us to have to delay the release of our book. We Are Now Published. .
I don't think their book "Jesus C.E.O." has the Mean and Devious treatment within it that my parnter and I have had to experience from these women while adding to their wealth. Shame on these women who are using the Greatest Man who ever lived as a means to profit for themselves. That is in fact why I am so disgusted by their "Path" to self made riches off of my hard earned dollars.
What is funny is that we were invited to their house next door for a party with people who attended and have paid for the P.E.P. TM like we had. We thought we were going to just meet others from the course. It turned out to be a party filled with both Nerium and P.E.P.TM people. Everyone was a cross-over investor into the agenda of making money from one another's sales. We were definitely outsiders. We were no longer the persons that were treated with respect initially. We were now a part of money, money, money for Shelly Shepherd and Laurie Beth Jones. We gave a donation to their Christmas table for the homeless and we left feeling very shocked by what was Really happening there. No one needs to learn the hard way from this bad experience of ours by walking into this without full knowledge.
This whole thing would have been better if we were NEVER to have known about the "Path Elements Profile and their Nerium initiative" to support their ideals. Our lives are already filled with genuine giving to others which have never entailed that the recipients of our giving will be pressured into hidden money making agendas to line our pockets from their real needs.
We experienced that from Shelly Shepherd and her life parnter, Laurie Beth Jones. We feel very sorry that both of these women saw us with dollars signs on our foreheads, instead of seeing that we are simply honest Men seeking to learn about their "path" so that we can continue to help others. We were able to publish our book just last month which empowers anyone to make the best decisions in their lives. PowerfulMen.Net is how we help others.
P.E.P.TM and Nerium International at Studio 'G' is NOT GOOD FOR US. You decide what 'path' is best for you, your family, and your hard earned money. The credibility of my statements are proven in my book and by my life. I invite anyone who is thinking of using this course to ask questions ahead of time and to be firm against any pressure to sign up without understanding the full agenda of the programs that you need.
